Description

LEADING IN ORGANIZATIONS (Fall semester, 3 hrs.) Introduces students to leadership concepts with emphasis on strategic leadership and development. Key leadership skills will be explored, including communication and conflict resolution, business/professional ethics and social responsibility, team building, and change management. Lectures, case studies and experiential learning/simulation exercises will be used to emphasize management development skills.
