We are pleased to present the Microsoft Office 365 Training portal for Texas College employees and students. Microsoft Office 365 is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that includes Microsoft Office and other services, such as email and collaboration, from Microsoft’s cloud server. Microsoft Office 365 provides desktop functionalities and is available by subscription. Includes access to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Publisher & Microsoft Access for home/non-commercial use on one computer (PC or Mac) plus access to premium features on one tablet (Android, iOS or Windows RT, as full Windows counts as a computer) or phone. (Additional benefits include 1 TB of additional OneDrive storage.)

To log in to your Microsoft Office 365 account and utilize the applications, visit https://login.microsoftonline.com. Enter your Texas College network/email credentials. You should be taken to a screen that allows you to click on the various applications. If you do not see this screen, please contact the IT department for assistance (support@texascollege.edu).
You will see a screen that lists all of the applications (see image below for a sample). Feel free to click on them to peruse their capability. You now have access to these applications 24/7 no matter where you are (as long as you have an internet connection and a PC/tablet/phone to log into). To view your email, click on the Outlook icon (or you may directly log into your email by visiting https://outlook.office.com).
